Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Check Your WiFi Connection
Make sure your home’s internet service is active, as a stable connection is crucial for your Smart Home functionalities. If you’re experiencing issues, contact your network provider.

2. Restart Your Smart Home App
Sometimes, simply restarting the app can resolve minor glitches. On your mobile device or wall tablet, navigate to settings and select “Restart Home.” Confirm the action by selecting “Yes” when prompted.

3. Reboot Your robot® Smart Home Gateway
Find your Smart Home Gateway in the services cupboard. Disconnect the USB-C power cable from the back for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Allow 5 minutes for the system to reboot and check if your issue is resolved. If you’re having trouble locating the gateway or the problem persists, call us at 1800 ROBOTT.
